Extreme Imaginations was created in 2007 and then incorporated in 2009 by our Executive Chef Mike Reed and his wife, Danna Reed. Chef Mike has been a chef for over 16 years, with many accreditation's to his name and Danna received her Master's Degree in Social work with a minor in Psychology with a focus in Mental Health. The corporation was designed to create subsidiary companies that provide a legacy of exceptional world class service,products that were unmatched in quality and creativity, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Chef Mike was passionate about cooking and wanting to provide food made from scratch that was appetizing to the eyes as well as the stomach. CoCoDanaes Catering was then born in 2009, named after Mike and Danna's two daughters. The mission at CoCoDanaes is to provide catering on a budget,which helped to excel the company phenomenally. After hearing about all the the wonderful food that CoCoDanaes provide their clients, an opportunity arose to move over to corporate hospitality. Extreme Hospitality Services was then created as a branch from CoCoDanaes Catering. Extreme Hospitality Services is also known as EHS. EHS was created to cater to hospitals and clinical corporations,where "5 Star" gourmet food is provided. Professional and experts chefs and staff deliver phenomenal service, and always provide nutritious alternatives.
